Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
VALDE the Good Froot will book your order via our official third party partner once payment has been confirmed. The delivery fee will be added upon check-out. Rest assured your order is packaged well in a box with environmental friendly fillers for security. A tracking link will also be sent to you. There will be no need to pay the courier since delivery fee has already been paid by us. It is our goal to deliver your order within 1-2 days. If delivery is outside Metro Manila, delivery will be via LBC.
Our Replacement Policy
We Hear You
VALDE the Good Froot will replace the product if proven quality is compromised; which includes broken sticker seal, spoiled dried fruit, missing products, etc. It will be replaced within 1-2 days. Delivery fee will be free within Metro Manila.
Our Privacy Policy
Your Data is Secure
VALDE the Good Froot will make sure your details will only be used for delivery bookings and / or subscriptions to emails, if any. Rest assured it will not be used in any other matter, and will not be given to others. We value your notes; therefore, we will ALWAYS ask permission before posting in our social media.
